Hello Dana Families, 

Parent volunteers and field trip chaperones are appreciated . There are multiple ways parents/guardians can support our school community.

 Some examples include: 
**Chaperones for field trips 
**Attending 6th grade science camp
**Distributing chocolates to classrooms during our chocolate sale
**Watermelon feed
**Picture day
**Holiday Shop
**Selling valentine grams
**Fun Run 
**Teacher Appreciation Week
**Making copies for teachers
**End of year celebrations

To ensure student safety, all volunteers and field trip chaperones must be on our approved volunteer list. 

Important:  The Volunteer Data Sheet must be completed every year even if you have volunteered in the past.

STEPS TO REQUEST REGISTRATION AS AN APPROVED VOLUNTEER 

1. Complete a Volunteer Data Form for each school site you wish to volunteer. Click here to complete form.  
2. Schedule an appointment in Human Resources to be fingerprinted for Lucia Mar and processed by the Department of Justice and FBI.  Click here to schedule an appointment for your fingerprints. 
3. TB test (TB test can be uploaded on the Volunteer Data Sheet)
