STEPS TO REQUEST REGISTRATION AS AN APPROVED VOLUNTEER

1. Complete a Volunteer Data Form for each school site you wish to volunteer. 

2. Schedule an appointment in Human Resources to be fingerprinted for Lucia Mar Unified School District and processed by the Department of Justice and FBI. Click here to schedule an appointment for your fingerprints. 

3. Complete Child Mandated Reporter Training - Training website. Email the certificate in PDF format to rochelle.mccarty@lmusd.org 

4. Provide a copy of a valid Tuberculosis Test (TB Test) Can be uploaded on the Volunteer Data Sheet.

 

Please note that even if you were previously cleared to volunteer this school year, your status is no longer active until a new required volunteer form is completed.
